Robotic bending

1. Enabling both manual and automated work. The robot’s track is located in a channel that is covered during manual work, which allows safe manual work.

2. Possibility of using a semi-open fence of the station – use of a safety curtain while maintaining the required run-up (additional space in the hall is necessary).

3. Simple in design, replaceable robot grippers. The gripper is equipped with four vacuum sections, which can be turned on/off depending on the detail.

4. Possibility of automatic gripper replacement – no need to stop the device during retooling.

5. The grippers have a very simple design – if a new gripper is needed, the customer can equip the machine with new grippers (laser cutting + bending).

7. Automatic mechanical measurement of sheet metal thickness (resistant to interference, effective for all types of materials).

8. Device equipped with instrumentation for capturing the detail. Depending on the size of the detail, the column gripper spacing will adjust automatically.

9. Machine equipped with a 19” HMI panel, from which, after setting the parameters and dimensions of the detail, we will generate a preliminary robot program (no need to use the robot’s teach pendant, and therefore qualified staff).

Simple and intuitive programming of new bending recipes.

10. Possibility to handle details with maximum dimensions of 2500×1200 mm.

11. Support for EURO pallets 1200×800 mm and pallets 2600×1300 mm for large details.
