Separating details

SEPARATING DETAILS AFTER LASER CUTING

  1. Proposing a solution that would simplify and streamline the process of separating laser-burnt details from the openwork.
  2. Ensuring automatic transfer of the sheet metal through the entire machine – from inserting the sheet into the machine, marking the details, separating the burnouts, to storing the openwork on a waste pile.
  3. Reducing the operator’s involvement to a minimum – the operator does not have to punch out the details from the openwork, the details are also appropriately marked.
  4. Minimizing the risk of errors during sorting, through automatic marking of the details with a CIP type printer.
  5. Increasing the level of safety and comfort of the operators.
  6. The line is designed for automatic separation of details from the openwork. The operator is required for the current collection and sorting of punched out details, and periodic collection of empty openwork.
  7. Handling of openwork with dimensions of 2000×4000 mm and 1500×3000 mm, with thickness from 1 mm to 10 mm.
  8. Maximum sheet metal weight: 650 kg.
